Grosvenor wins Run-time maintenance in hotly contested tender.

Once again Grosvenor has demonstrated that it is a leader in HVAC solutions, winning the Run-Time Maintenance contract for the new Top Ryde Shopping Centre. Grosvenor's MD, Nicholas Lianos, said "Coming hot on the heals of our run-time contract with the highly innovative Rouse Hill Town Centre, winning the tender for Top Ryde further positions Grosvenor as at the forefront of HVAC and HVAC related technology in Australia."

Tax Breaks For Green Buildings

From 1 July 2011, businesses that invest in eligible assets or capital works to improve the energy efficiency of their existing buildings – from 2 stars or lower to 4 stars or higher – will be able to apply for a one-off bonus tax deduction.
